The self-made owner Rob Williams comes from multiple generations of hard working construction working family members dating back to the early 1900’s with “Grandpa Williams” with his life long career as a pile driver/bridge builder.  Rob himself has been in the marine construction business since his teenage years and has hands on experience in every single step of all the types of projects he takes on.  Rob simply knows hands on every step of his field and along with employee's that have been with Wilco from the beginning you can be confident you have chosen "the right guys for the job".
